I founded Iron Bison Construction to bring a more organized, transparent approach to residential remodeling and commercial construction.

After years working across hundreds of projects in the Denver metro, I saw the same issues repeat themselves across the industry — unclear scopes, unrealistic budgets, poor communication, and projects that weren’t fully thought through before construction began.

Our approach is different.

Every project starts with planning, documentation, realistic budgeting, and clear expectations before work begins. The goal is simple: eliminate surprises, keep projects moving efficiently, and deliver quality work that’s professionally managed from start to finish.

Whether we’re remodeling a home, building an outdoor living space, or managing a commercial tenant improvement, clients work directly with an experienced licensed contractor throughout the process — not a revolving door of salespeople and subcontractors.

Plan First Every project starts with a detailed scope, realistic budget, and a build-ready plan. We don't start swinging hammers until the decisions are made.

One Point of Contact You deal with me directly — not a project manager you've never met or a crew that doesn't know your priorities.

No Surprises Change orders are documented. Schedules are communicated. If something changes, you hear it from me before it affects your project.
